visitor information, garden tours, education, events, history, rentals
and gift shop.
The
Peace Center
Performing arts center located in downtown Greenville. Visit their
website for current calendar of events such as the Greenville Symphony
Orchestra. They are have an arts education program for the community.

Zoo
Located on a 14-acre site within Cleveland Park, adjacent to two
playgrounds for youngsters and several picnic facilities. The park
also has extensive bike and walking paths, tennis courts, volleyball
pods, and some smaller play areas.

County Museum of Art
The Greenville County Museum of Art offers its visitors a way to
sample the very best in American art through traveling exhibitions
and exhibitions drawn from its own collection. It is open Tuesday–Saturday
from 11–5, remaining open until 8 on Thursday evenings. On
Sundays, open from 1–5. The Museum is closed on Mondays and
major holidays.
The
Greenville County Historical Society
In 1928, a group of citizens interested in preserving the rich history
of the area founded the Upper Carolina Historical Society which
remained active until the Depression.
